At The Dripley Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or replacement under the conditions below.

Returns & Replacements

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.
  • To be eligible, you must provide:
  1. A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment you open the sealed package until the product is fully unboxed. This helps us verify damages, defects, or missing items.
  2. The item in its original condition – unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  3. A receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval or without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, share the unboxing video with us immediately at info@thedripleystore.com so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a return or replacement.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear, undergarments, or lingerie.
  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., print-on-demand).
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return your item (with required proof) and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Depending on your bank/credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
