At The Dripley Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or replacement under the conditions below.
Returns & Replacements
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.
- To be eligible, you must provide:
- A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment you open the sealed package until the product is fully unboxed. This helps us verify damages, defects, or missing items.
- The item in its original condition – unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval or without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, share the unboxing video with us immediately at info@thedripleystore.com so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a return or replacement.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Innerwear, undergarments, or lingerie.
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., print-on-demand).
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items and gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return your item (with required proof) and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Depending on your bank/credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
